Wild Little Minds – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Wild Little Minds. By booking or attending one of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Supervision
Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying parent, guardian or supervising educator at all times. Wild Little Minds is a shared play experience and we warmly encourage adults to explore, create and connect alongside the children in their care.
2. Suitable Ages
Our playgroups and workshops are generally designed for children aged 2–6 years, unless otherwise stated. Younger siblings are welcome where specified; however, some activities may contain small loose parts. Extra care and close adult supervision are required for younger siblings and children who still mouth objects.
3. Safety
Activities may include sensory materials, loose parts, water play, natural materials and process art. While we use non-toxic and taste-safe materials wherever possible, all materials are intended for play only and are not for consumption. Parents and carers should ensure children use activities safely and appropriately.
4. Allergies & Medical Information

While every effort is made to provide safe materials, Wild Little Minds cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
5. Clothing
Messy play is part of the experience! Please dress children in comfortable clothing suitable for sensory play and bring a spare change of clothes.
6. Photography
Photos and videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. No child's image will be used without the permission of their parent or guardian. Parents may choose to opt out of photography during the booking process.
7. Outdoor Sessions & Weather
Many Wild Little Minds sessions are held outdoors. Where possible, sessions may move indoors if an indoor space is available. If this is not possible due to weather or safety concerns, the session may be cancelled or rescheduled. Families will be notified as soon as practical.
8. Bookings & Payments
Payment is required to secure bookings for ticketed sessions unless otherwise advised. Booking requests for parties, schools and incursions are not confirmed until accepted by Wild Little Minds. Deposits may be required to secure private events.
9. Cancellations
Playgroups & Workshops
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session will receive a credit towards a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to preparation and materials. If Wild Little Minds cancels a session, families will receive a full refund or transfer to another session.
Parties & Incursions
Deposits secure your booking and may be non-refundable once planning and materials have commenced. Any changes should be discussed as early as possible. If Wild Little Minds needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund where appropriate.
10. Respectful Play
Wild Little Minds aims to create a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment for everyone. We ask all families to treat others, equipment and venues with kindness and respect.
11. Liability
Participation in sensory play involves normal risks associated with children's play. By attending, parents, guardians and supervising adults acknowledge these risks and agree to supervise the children in their care. Wild Little Minds accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions, lack of supervision or misuse of equipment, except where required by Australian law.
12. Changes to Activities
Activities, materials, themes and session layouts may vary from those advertised depending on weather, venue, availability of materials and the needs of participating children.
